Final reports for 2025-26 grants are due Saturday, February 28th, 2026. E-mail your final report to Liz McKown at eamckown@me.com Click the link to the left to download the Final Report form.
Timeline for District Grants 2026-27:
- Grant training will occur at District Training in Ardmore on April 25th. If your club plans to apply for a grant, a minimum of two people must attend the training.
- Applications will be allowed online after:
- The MOU (link to the left) has been completed & e-mailed to Liz McKown at eamckown@me.com
- At least 2 members from the club have been trained
- The club has been designated as an Approved club for grant submission by the District Grants Committee
- Grant applications are due by May 31, 2026
- Clubs will be made aware by the end of June if their project has been approved. If approved, a separate grants bank account will need to be established by that club.
- Clubs with approved grants will receive funds after July 1, 2026
