DISTRICT ASSEMBLY JUNE 2, 2012

The District Assembly is scheduled for June 2, beginning at 8:30 am.  Registration and continental breakfast will start at 8:30 (some may arrive earlier), then the program will be from 9 to noon so attendees will be free for lunch on their own (and some might want to have lunch together somewhere).

The meeting is an important time to finalize plans for 2012-13 and ensure our clubs are ready for a great year.  The purpose of the assembly is to prepare incoming Rotary club leaders for their roles.  It will be beneficial for club presidents, secretaries, board members, and other officers to attend for updates & information.

The meeting location is the Common Ground Building (of the 1st Baptist
